When emailing, it helps to include:

  • The version of Bubbled you’re using (Account → bottom of the screen)
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • A short description of what you were doing when the issue happened
  • A screenshot if possible

Common questions

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Bubbled → Cancel.

Will my drafts sync to my other devices?

Not yet. Drafts are stored locally on each device. Cross-device sync is on the roadmap for a future release.

How do I remove the watermark?

Free exports include a small Bubbled watermark. Upgrade to Pro from the in-app paywall to disable it, and from Account → Watermark, toggle “Bubbled Watermark” off.

Can I use Bubbled on Android?

Not yet. Bubbled is currently iOS-only. An Android version is on the roadmap.

I lost my purchase — how do I get it back?

Open Bubbled → Account → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs with Apple’s records of your past subscriptions and any legacy purchases.

Do my photos leave my device?

No. All photo, video, and GIF processing happens locally on your iPhone or iPad. We never upload your media. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
